My guests' time is valuable to me, please cancel 24 HRS PRIOR to any appointment booked. Same day cancellations result in a FORFEITED deposit.
A $30 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit VIA ZELLE is required for every appointment NO EXCEPTIONS. If your service cost is less than $30, the full-service amount should be sent (for example brow wax= $10. So $10 should be sent.)
After booking you have 1 hour to send your deposit VIA ZELLE otherwise your appointment is canceled and your space is reopened for booking. The deposit does go towards the total cost of your appointment. REMAINING SERVICE Balance is charged to the card added on file during booking or you can pay in cash (exact amount) I do not carry change. You may not leave & go to the bank or your car after service before balance is paid.
For Lash Extensions, RESULTS ACHIEVED ARE ONLY AS FULL AS YOUR NATURAL LASHES. Please DO NOT book Classic or Hybrid if you have severe lash damage/missing gaps. Ideal results can only be achieved with volume or mega volume if you suffer from lash damage or thin lashes.
Please allow enough time for service completion. Full lashes take time ⌚️ so kindly refrain from making any other arrangements 30 mins-1 hour after the end of your appointment.
A $5 late fee is applied after 10 minutes. Anything over 15 minutes MUST be rescheduled.
If you need a Lash Bath or Removal please book that as well. It cannot be added upon arrival. I do not fill in over other artists' work. So if you come with lashes on please know you will be charged a removal fee and that will cut into the time of your original lash booking time.
If you would like to upgrade or change service upon arrival I will try my best to accommodate your request but there is NO guarantee. ex: upgrading from a classic to a hybrid set.
If you pre-book your fill-in while at your full set appointment, you'll receive $5 off your fill. A deposit is required for lash fill appointments.
Please NO KIDS OR EXTRA PEOPLE at your appointment.
